How To Reset Your UTA FAREPAY Account Password and Update Security and Payment Information.
1. Navigate to farepay.rideuta.com and log in. On the main account page, click your account profile icon
2. Click My Account.
3. Click the edit icon on the "Password" field
4. Click the "New Password" field and enter a new password
5. Click the "Confirm password" field and re-enter your new password
6. Click "Submit" to return to your account. Your password has been reset.
7. To navigate to your security questions, click "My Account"
8. Scroll down your account profile page and click Edit Security Questions
9. Update your security questions and click "Save"
10. To navigate to your payment information, click your account profile icon
11. Click Payment Methods
12. Click Add Debit/Credit Card, or update current card information
13. Click each field (required fields are marked with a red asterisk * ) and enter your payment information
14. Click Add card
15. Click OK to close the payment-method confirmation
16. For your convenience, you may enter a name for this payment method
17. Click Confirm to save the payment method name
18. Click OK to close the confirmation
Return to Dashboard
19. Click the active FAREPAY card.
